I sold 4 orniments to a customer in Italy, i used an international courier company and bought additional protection for the items. 2 of the orniments have turned up broken and the courier company are refusing to pay as the items are not covered by their insurace. Is there any way the transaction is covered by PayPal? Or can I get any help from PayPal etc? Any help would be great thanks

The buyer can open a dispute against you to get a refund.
But I'm afraid any compensation is between you and the courier as it was up to you to check insurance cover etc.
Advice is voluntary.
