Because prices and other information is embedded in the web page that customers click on to buy from my store, when I alter these prices, the customer will still get items at the old price if they don't use an updated web page. How can I get my page to automatically update when the customer loads it. I code the site in html but am not an expert at it. I know the meta refresh tag can be used to time an automatic refresh every few seconds but once a session would be more use. I am still getting orders at prices I changed two years ago, I guess they must have cashed the page. Someone else must have had this problem.

Hey Merryman1,
Welcome to the Community!
Thanks for reaching out to us in regards to this, it can be quite confusing when something like this happens.
If you have tried to update the prices of products on your website, it does sound like there is a cached page somewhere that may be showing the old prices on your account.
Can I ask, are you trying to test this out yourself? Are you seeing the old prices when you are searching through your website? If you are, could you try clearing your cache & cookies on the device or computer that you are using and see if that helps.
If the above steps do not help with the issues you are experiencing, I'm not sure how you can get this changed or updated on your website. The best thing for you to do would be to try getting in contact with our Merchant Services Team. There are two ways in which you can get in contact with them. The first way is through Twitter if you have a Twitter account. Their username is @PayPal_MTS or alternatively, there is a website that you can find here.
If you go to the Merchant Technical Services website, there are sections where customers have asked questions previously. You may see your question being asked and answered there previously. If not, you should be able to submit your question and someone from our Technical Team will contact you with an update.
Please let me know how it goes,
David.
