In Switzerland prices are supposed to be to nearest 5 cents, 5 cent rounding (5-Rappen-Rundung). Can Paypal offer this.
I have this rounding on my web site for the final total but it seems that Paypal collects the prices at a lower level which are not rounded and does not then round the final total?
