where is my refund?

I sold an item on ebay for the first time, printed out the wrong postage label, immediatley voided it and printed out a new one.

I have been charged twice for the postage, I was told the first one would be refunder but I stll see no sign of this. I did this on May 6th

Also the item I sold was paid for immediatley I can see the transaction pending but it is still not in my account.

Can anyone help.

Royal mail normally refund you for voided labels within 28 days.

If you are a new seller on ebay the info is in the link but make sure you scroll right to the bottom of the page or you will miss the release criteria times.

Thanks for the info, I didn't get my parcel tracked only sent it as first class.
