i have offered a byer a partial refund of 20 pound for an item. my paypal is saying -£60.99 pending. i have been told by ebay how to offer partial payment but i dont want to pay that now then a further £60.99 to be taken from my account. any help would be appreciated.
If you click on the paypal transaction and the refund you can enter the amount you want to refund the buyer, only the original amount less the £20 can be deducted if buyer does not close the case.
