ebay collection only itm has been paid for but not collected

I have sold an item on ebay for collection only,  the bidder has paid and I have sent them 3 emails asking them to contact me by phone to arrange collection but they have not responded to any.  what should I do?

As the buyer might be having problems with their email, it would be expedient to telephone them. You can get the buyer's contact details from here:
