Refund

Hi,

I have partially refunded a customer. It is showing as cleared my end but customer says they've not recieved it. Any ideas?

Ask them if its pending or on temp hold?

If so wait for it to clear.

Also if they FUNDED that paypal payment to you via a card then once marked completed it takes a few days to hit their bank or card.

Thank you. They have said it's not pending or temporary hold. They have said that they have not had any notification emails from Paypal or ebay. When I enter the transaction ID into my activity search it shows as sent.
