Refund not in my bank account?

I recently made a purchase on eBay, and the next day he had to refund my payment. Online it says the refund is completed, however no money has appeared in my bank account? Do I have to manually move it to my bank account or do I just wait, and if so, how long? Thank you

When you pay a seller it is never instant > paypal pay for you then start the process of uploading your funds to paypal from your funding source.

So when you cancel that payment or it is refunded then those funds can't do a u-turn > they have to process through to paypal who will then either return them to your card if you funded the original transaction with a card or credit your paypal balance if you paid by instant transfer but that takes a few days.
