Ok, hi, so the problem is, paypal have been holding the funds that i recieved for selling an item on ebay, i recieved payment 22 days ago, so i waited the maximum 21 days they normally allow, i dont even know why theyre holidng it, the seller left positive feedback and im a very experienced seller on ebay with over 100 feedback and have never had one problem, so any ideas as to why its taking so long to come through?
