Payment no received

Hi can anyone help me pls...I've recently sold a few items on eBay . One of the items was sold on 10th July. The payment was immediate , and via PayPal . I now can't find this payment on my account review. It's not in any of the archived transactions . Yet it says paid on my eBay account .

It only stays on your transaction page in paypal for a week and then you need to click on the history tab to locate it.

Or do you mean you can find the transaction but not the funds in your paypal balance.
