Hi guys, I sold on eBay a couple of ignition coil both working but one is cracked. It was write in the description and it was a picture too. This guy, after received, want to send back because he realized that it was cracked. So now the question. Can I refuse the return from him for this issue? He purchased something that he knows that was cracked. Thank you very much

Thats up to you, you can refuse if you want to however that does not stop him opening a Paypal dispute if the Ebay one closes and Paypal 'tend' to favour the buyer.
