Hi everyone for some reason my account has been limited because a eBay buyer has put a complaint in about goods he/she thinks she bought, but I have made no sales and my eBay and PayPal account can both verify tht I haven't recieved any payments, but there are no open cases in my resolution centre but my account is still limited, please help I don't know what to do!?!?!?!?
