I'm very disappointed with PayPal, I sold a vintage Omega watch on ebay and buyer has now said it's not working and wants a refund. I disputed this as they had item over a month and I knew it was working fine when sent and i'd recently had it serviced . Paypal issued a full refund to the buyer . When I received the watch back it had been over wound and broKen. How is it fair that I have to refund ? If I bought a car and crashed it, I couldn't take it back.
