Pointless reporting anything to paypal as none of the transaction would have been done using their site.
Just remember >>>
Paypal NEVER tell you to send trackable, they advise it for seller protection etc but it is not compulsory.
Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.
Paypal NEVER expect you to use a rival money transfer service if thats what a scammer tries when paying a so called shipping courier.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I had the same thing happen to me, but with a DSLR Camera I was selling, but good thing I googled the adress before I sent it out. The guy I was talking to started to get defensive when I said that I did not feel comfortable with shipping items to Nigeria, and he said that if I did not then I would get into trouble with the FBI, which is hillarious to think that the FBI would come arrest me for notshiiping an item that I had not recived any money for, but thats a different story. I then recived an email from the "FBI" stating that if I did not ship the item out within 24 hours then I would be arrested for fraud. The PayPal email looks like a pretty good fake, but the FBI one was the fakest looking email I had ever seen. In the end I said no I will not ship to which he replied back "I will make sure you and your entire family are killed". Long story short dont try to take money without seeing it first.
