Hi everyone. I done deal with someone on Ebay. I sent him money through PayPal, but on the next day I decided to cancel that transaction and asked the seller about money bk . I trying contact him on fb but he blocked me , I sent request for money bk but hes cancel. I would really like to recived my money bk ?
Open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item by clicking on the transaction in your paypal account and using the resolve a problem link on that details page.
As you would have paid via send money > goods / services you would have buyer protection for non receipt.
