EBay Refund

I have recently refunded a buyer for an item that has not been received bearing in mind I posted it first class on the 25th October and now the 2nd November. I am out of pocket by over £20 plus the item. Will PayPal give me the money back? TIA

Sorry but why would they refund you?

You are responsible in getting the item to the buyer or refunding.

You can send non-trackable if you like but at your risk and not the buyers or paypals.

If you send trackable you can claim from RM etc.
