I do not remember when, I think it was more than ten years ago, but I was forced to upgrade my Paypal account to business as an individual. I do sell on ebay, but sporadically and as an individual. I signed up for the Pay After Delivery programme and I must admit, it has helped me a lot. I would like to switch back to a personal account, and I am just wondering if Pay After Delivery would also be removed.

Pay After Delivery is available for personal/premier accounts. It may become disabled after you downgrade the account and you will need to re-activate the feature again.
