Pending Balance

I recently sold a book through eBay, it was just over £100 and I had a couple of emails from PayPal to say
"You received a payment from *****. This payment is now in your pending balance and temporarily unavailable. Providing no issues arise between you and the buyer, the funds will be released in the evening of 20 Feb 2018." They also said that if I had a tracking number I could reduce the days of delivery but if I do not see the transaction at all in PayPal then how am I meant to apply the tracking code to it on there? I'm quite concerned because I am to post the item tomorrow and I have no evidence that the money is even pending in my PayPal apart from an email from them saying so. Can someone please help me out. Also just to mention I am not a new seller, I have over 400 feedback score and 100% on eBay, the only thing I did recently that I can think of it not going through is that I did change my email on my personal details on PayPal before I sold this item.
Regards, Nathan

Go and find the transaction in your “my ebay” > click to the right where it says sell similar > don't fill in anything just scroll down to the payments section > look in the paypal box > is the email addy in there correct with no spelling mistakes? If so then it would have been wrong on your finished auctions so come back for more advice.
