Hi I sold a quad bike on eBay! Buyer wanted to return it after coming to my house viewing the quad and purchasing the quad! Next day he wanted to return it! I refused & know my PayPal is -£2048 ! Has the buyer been refunded as he has not returned the quad bike!
It sounds like your buyer has opened a claim on the payment. When a case is opened the money that is being disputed will be placed on hold. If you had already withdrawn the amount, your account would appear as negative.
You can check on the status of any open claim by visiting the Resolution Centre of your account. There you will be able to respond to what the buyer has said and work with us to resolve the issue.
