Can disgruntled ebay buyer reverse her payment after it is a completed transaction?

Re - Ebay....I have had to report someone who bought 4 items of clothing from me, then used my photos and exact descriptions to sell them on. Just had horrible thought - can she take back her Paypal payment, now that the transaction has completed? Thanks.

I've had something like this before.

I had sold a mobile phone on eBay and sent it to the buyer, couple of days later the buyer claimed they hadn't received the phone and went through PayPal/eBay and made a opened a case on eBay but because I wasn't willing to refund them PayPal took my money out my account anyway and gave it to them!

The next day the same phone was relisted by the buyer who brought it!! PayPal and eBay wasn't interested so I lost out!! Nothing still hasn't been done to this day and it was nearly a year ago.

PayPal and eBay have very poor customer service.

Sorry to hear about what happened to you. Seems so unfair, and makes you feel very apprehensive doesn't it? 

In my case, at least ebay and anyone else can see that my buyer did get the items of clothing, as she's wearing them in some of the photo's, as well as using my photo's and exact wording.

I don't know what happens when a buyer is reported for this, but I was informed by someone else that my exact photos and wording were on her listings and they told me what to do.

Also said to block her as a buyer to avoid her doing it again.

We shall see....
