God, how does anyone reach this site to enter or answer....I have only just by mistake, but here goes. i s there anyone out there who can tell me the answer to this...I have just had charges deducted for my ebay transactions for this month which has only been a failed sale of a concert ticket to which the buyer failed to pay me the £66 and left me no time in which to re sell it. I have been onto ebay and put it into dispute but how do i get my most unfair charges deducted.

Hi, I had something like this.
I sold some alloys for £97 and eBay wanted £9.70 of this money for fees but the buyer didn't pay for them as he didn't want them and left me negative feedback.
Anyway, I wasn't going to pay these fees as he didn't give me the money so I shouldn't have too. I spoke to eBay and they said to open a case which will cancel the transaction of the sale, if the buyer agrees to cancel this transaction, you won't have to pay for eBay fees for selling the item.
