Postage Label - window blank

Unable to print label; label window opened, but it's blank, tried to print anyway just in case it might wok, no luck. I have recently changed to using 'Google Chrome' and I have also updated 'Java'. Has anyone any idea why I can't print label?

Google Chrome & Pay Pal don't work together (to date)

After reading  a few other comments, tried label and it will print if not using Google Chrome !
