Drop-shipping. (Where you do not keep goods in stock you just call in orders direct to the factory and they ship it. Depends on the use-case though sometimes having stock makes more sense.)

Have a Buy-it-now or Best Offer price. (A lot of people will pay a bit more to not have to wait)

Short term auctions 1-day 3-day instead of the usual 7-day. (Just re-list if it does not sell the first time)

Listing large amouts of items at the same time. (Saves on time and reduces trips needed to do stuff.)

Having multiple units on the same auction. (Sells more units in the same order.)

Group shipping multiple items, selling by the lot. (Reduce shipping costs.)

Find where boxes get picked-up. Some shipping places just re-route all packages to different centers where they actually will be shipped. (Reduce shipping time by going direct to where they ship stuff out)
