Hi, I'm both buyer & seller on Ebay using Paypal as the main source of payment. I just lost a dispute with a buyer claiming the color of the item she received didn't match what showed on Ebay's item description (it was an ox-bone item, ivory color). Almost 2 years ago, I've filed an identical dispute (also for different color on a bone carving) as a buyer, and Paypal yielded to the seller & denied refund. Has this happened to anyone?
