i have received 2 e-mails from Paypal/..asking to notify.
that i have limited access RX10011
it goes into my spam folder..and the whole page seems to be a bunch of jibberish..unreadable..i have not opened or replied..thanks for any help
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
