RapidManuals Possible fraud

Hi, I would like to have a few hint on a possible fraud.

13 October 2011 I brought a car manual for a mini cooper 2005 S on www.Rapidmanuals.co.uk and I pay using paypal.

If I look on my paypal account all is looking good but on rapidmanuals web site my order still on pending. I leave an e-mail to them last week without any answer. I made a search on Google and found a lot of forum who talk about rapidmanuals as scam ( example here).

If someone can help me please.

put in a claim with paypal right away. 

if you paid with credit card, put in a claim with them right away. 

if you paid with a bank withdrawal, contact them right away. 

don't lett scammers keep your money. 

if they are legit, they will respond very quickly.

I support previous comments. In my case CD supplied in no way represented web site description and email confirmation of content given. Could NOT POSSIBLY suggest anybody patronise this site. I was lucky and received refund via Moneybookers. Seems the merchant has been dis-endorsed by PayPal AlertPay NOcheck and now Moneybookers. Merchant whose name and address seems to vary is now trying to use PayPoint as his collection point. Have advised PayPoint of my experience with supporting documentation. RapidManuals should be shut down. 22 December 2011
