Me too. However, they sent a message through PayPal after I did a dispute. They said the logistics said item was delivered and to check with post office. I responded asking for a tracking number.

I found the website on Facebook and ordered a fold away bath now the website has gone this was back in July 2020 PayPal sent me an email saying I paid this much to this website

Hi call Paypal They will help you sort this out don't email them only call Paypal struggle with email.

After seeing all of these messages I contacted PayPay to cancel my order, was referred to resolution centre, sent numerous emails to zeaqikstore back and forth, dispute closed 1 hour before the time it said it would. Goods orderEd 09 sept 2020 finally arrived 6 November. I ordered a large item - a cat wheel, Guess what I received? A pets T-shirt. **bleep** How do they keep getting away with it and PayPay not protecting their customers as they say they will. I have requested immediate refund from PayPal. I AM ALSO INTERESTED IN FILING A CLASS ACTION AGAINST PAYPAL AND/ ZEAQIKSTORE... if anyone is interested please contact me direct.. <removed> . GRRR 😡

Also placed an order on the 3 August went to track my order today & website gone.  Have emailed the service email on the bottom of my tracking details.  Lets see if we get a response.

Hi, I emailed them and I got a response and I have been given sufficient details and tracking details from them and now waiting for the parcel.. I will keep you all updated

Today I received a response from PayPal stating that zeaqikstore sent a NEW tracking number (this is now more than 5 weeks since I received the 1st tracking order, which never showed that it was ever even shipped. I immediately tested the new tracking number and USPS said it was not a real tracking number. I suspect this is just another one of zeaqikstore's delay tactics, or they are sending me a substitute piece of junk like other victims have received. I emailed PayPal to let them know it was fake, and also sent them a link to this series of complaints about zeaqikstore. I will take your advice though, and call them up on the phone.

You can if you get paypal involved. You should have paypal receipt with details of transaction
