withraw money after 180 days

I waited the 180 days and I receive an email about withdrawing my money

but when I log to my account it refuse to add my bank account

I sent many messages but it seems that there is just automatic respond

Can anyone help me please

this is a forum 🙂
your restricted account will have no solution here for adding the bank account.
you will need to contact paypal to authorize the addition of the bank account. ( so that it authorizes the addition )
paypal customer service can also be reached on facebook and twitter /
