Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I understand you're interested in learning more about Syntagma. From reviewing the thread, it looks like Syntagma is a company that has a handful of different products/services. To find out which one you might have signed up for in the past, I recommend reviewing your PayPal Activity and scrolling back to the first transaction with the company. The first transaction usually has the most information. I'd also check your personal email around that same timeframe for emails from PayPal and receipts from the company. 

If you find you need to cancel the automatic payment, please follow the instructions listed in our Help Center here. Additionally, if you find that you never authorized the first person in addition to any subsequent purchases, you can use these instructions to file an unauthorized dispute.

I have the same problem and I have no idea who is Syntagma? A google search is not useful. 

Does anybody know who is Syntagma and how to reach them ?

I was only reimbursed one-month when there is no proof of subscription agreement. Unfortunately, this is why I minimize PayPal usage. I'm on the edge of no longer using PayPal. Because for these scams you never get fully reimbursed.
