i am having a hard time issuing a refund request for multiple completed billing done by DataCamp Inc. - for a service i didn't recieve and\or used for more than 2 years (29$ each month - from 0[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] i only used the service from 04/2021-04/2022. how do i ask for multi months refund?

You would need to contact the vendor and ask if they will refund the months you did not receive the service.

However if it was a subscription and so an authorised payment then you would not be able to open a paypal dispute.

 

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
