A bit more information on what you are being asked to do would help if you want advice. However if you are being asked to pay a fee in advance to receive funds then that would be a scam.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hey @kernowlass, sure: First I did not get a PayPal message that I received payment. In fact i got no Message from Paypal at all. Then in the message from the buyer he claimed that he had done the payment. Followed by the link which was written in a manner to trick me to go to py.pl. I did not click on the link. But i guess i would have been asked to enter my Paypal credentials since the Site py.pl looks a bit like the Paypal Site Regards markus

Did you figure out if it was a scam or not? I had the same thing happen to my but when I clicked the link I noticed the person didn’t put my correct email in and told him to resend it which after he did the money went to my account. So I’m not sure if it’s a phishing link or what but I’m still a little worried

I am still not 100% sure. And I wonder why there isn’t a clear statement around here about this domain. It should be an easy answer, right? Either it is officially PayPal or not. In my opinion people should use PayPal to send payments and no other 3rd party tools. These times anything other than PayPal itself looks suspicious to me. Regards
