Sounds as if someone can't add them, contact customer services and appeal?

Were you over 18 when you opened your paypal account or just under?

Only if just under then it would not matter if you were 30 now the account would be limited as it would be seen as an illegally opened minor account.

If that is not the case then have you opened a paypal account registered in your country?

As we can't view your account or know what information paypal required that caused the ban your best bet is to ask them?

i was exactly 18 when i opened my account, i opened it a month after my birthday. i asked alot of my friends who use PayPal about the minimum age to use it and i was told “18” by all of them. but the account has been registered in my country, yes. i submitted documentation and they sent an email saying, “according to the documents provided you are under 18”
