I was delivered the exam dumps to our client and how he is not satisfied to he charge back my money how can i back my money. paypal not verified to client and return his money . i  was already fulfilled our serviced . please return my money

You need to provide proof of delivery to PayPal. If you do not have it or the proof is not inadequate, then you would not be covered by PayPal Seller Protection. Chargebacks are when buyer files dispute at their bank, not PayPal. The bank decides the case. If bank refund the buyer, PayPal have to refund the bank if you are not eligible for PayPal seller protection or PayPal decide not to cover you.
