Hello, can a pending friends and family payment be reversed and/or cancelled? It has not left my actual bank account and just remains on pending. I was stupid and entered into a scam so hoping to get this back. If its pending, I dont see why paypal would not block the transaction to stop it going to a scammer. Can someone advise me on best next steps?

Paypal cannot legally stop pending payments that you chose to make.

You could try asking your bank if they can block the payment but paypal can't stop it.
