Hello, I received 800$ on paypal from my online friend but i have all his personal informations, He had debt me and sent me that money but sender wasn’t him therefore I didn’t believe then I pain this money to my online friend, after 1 month I got notification in paypal app that that money was stolen, I must pay this back, there is open case for me. But it is not me who sent this money to me and I am not thief, I sent my online friend’s all personal information to paypal in order to proof he sent me that money. In this case Can I be punished by the state?
