Will a dispute close in my favor if the buyer doesn’t reply again?

Hi, the buyer opened a dispute against me under a false claim and a lie. They haven’t escalated it to PayPal yet and neither have I. It’s still in the “conversation stage”. I have replied with my proof of her lies and urged her to close it in my favor or else I will escalate it to Paypal myself but I was wondering what happens if she never replies anymore? Would you advise me to escalate it to paypal before the final date or will it automatically close in favor of the last responder? Thanks!

Doesn't matter who responds or when, a dispute automatically closes 20 days after being opened if no one has escalated it to a claim.
Once closed it can't be re-opened or a second dispute opened for the same transaction.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
