About 6 hours ago, I paid twice for the promotion of the video on TikTok, but they didn't allow it. I have now entered PayPal and seen that both transactions were charged to me by PIPO US INC. Does anyone know why?

Oh I will have to get refunded. Over $120 sth dollars in 3 different fraudulent purchases.
I will stop at nothing to get a refund even if it's denied by paypal. This is a scam and I won't be getting denied for objecting it!
Would post about it on my 800k Youtube if I have to, and beyond!!
REALLY hope Paypal does what they promised to do and protect me from these sham and apparently popular activities!!
Will update you guys on this.

Update:
They issued refunds for me on all the 3 fraudulent charges!
It's still very absurd they've been doing this to so many people for at least 2 years as it appears!
God knows how much they've scammed people who either got wrongfully denied or didn't notice the payment sent from their account!
But I'll let it go since I got compensated for it.

Hello @JP129Freefall,
Welcome; thanks for joining the PayPal Community Forums!
I'm sorry to hear about the recent transaction that you did not authorize. It sounds like you've already filed a dispute, and I'm glad to hear that. If you filed an unauthorized dispute and have never authorized a purchase with this merchant, please ensure any previous purchases are included in the dispute. You may need to contact Customer Support here to have any that were missed added.
To prevent future charges, you'll want to reset your password and security questions using these tips. I also suggest setting up 2-Step Verification and reviewing your automatic payments to make sure any from this merchant are canceled. If your case was already closed, and you'd like a second opinion, you can request an appeal through Customer Support.
I hope this helps and you receive a refund!
- Meghan
