Hello. I've been having a lot of trouble downgrading my account from a business to a personal account. I made a mistake in setting up my account as I thought that I needed a business account since I would receive my salary from a company that I am working for. But unfortunately, the company closed down before I even received any salary from them. I continued using my business account as I thought that it didn't matter. Last week, I found out that PayPal put limitations on my account therefore I cannot withdraw/send money. I've been messaging them but I got no response. I messaged x-twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and PayPal Messenger and sent them an email as well. I received no help through these social media accounts and PayPal. Please help me in this matter. I am so stressed out and even losing sleep because of this. What should I do to get a response from them and get my account downgraded?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
Advice is voluntary.

I did all of that, the message i received from facebook is a little bit sus. and i cannot call the hotline too as i am located in the philippines.
