I don't understand how to activate my business account

I registered a business account over a month ago, but I still don't understand how to activate it.

 

The notification "Provide the info we need to verify your identity and lift limitations" is still showing in my account, even though I provided all the required information on October 30, 2024. When I click on "See details," everything appears complete, and the message "Thank you for providing the required information. We’ll get back to you within 7 business days" has been displayed since October 30.

 

 

I have already added and successfully confirmed my bank account, but there are stil Limits on my PayPal account.

 

I also read in the Help Center that I will need to verify my identity through the CIP process. However, I have not received any link or instructions via email or phone, both of which are confirmed in my account.


What steps should I take to resolve this issue and make my business account fully operational?

I do understand that you are unable to verify your PayPal account. Requesting you to kindly reach out to our support team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
