Hi all, I thought I was purchasing a physical CD but later realized it was just a download! I don't stream music! Contacted seller with no response! Pay Pal said they saw nothing wrong with what happened. I don't want a download! I want a refund but PayPal doesn't understand what happened! What to do?
Paypal covers for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described, they don't cover buyer remorse because you made an error unfortunately that would be between you and the merchant to resolve.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
