WRONG LIMITATION ISSUE

I have been permanently limited for using a underage ID, the email said that I wont be able to use paypal's services anymore but I can withdraw my money. When I login to my account it says the money is to be frozen for 180 days. I can't call support because of number issues can you guys please help?

If you know the name has to be your legal name to withdraw then why did you say this???
I created the account with a different name
If its not your legal name and doesn't exactly match your bank account name then you would not be able to withdraw the funds.
However if the name is correct on both paypal account and bank account then paypal do not un-freeze your account, when the option to allow you to withdraw is approved, which it is, then you just click withdraw and send them to your bank account.
If you can't then you would need the assistance of customer services.
Advice is voluntary.

I am sorry to know that your account has been limited and I understand handling with limitation can be quite concerning. I recognize the importance of getting this taken care of. I know that can be frustrating, but these decisions are not something made lightly. Typically if an account has been permanently limited, then some part of our user agreement has been broken, but without being able to see the account, I would not be able to share any details. I would suggest reaching out to PayPal Customer Support using any of the options found here, as they will be able to provide more direct assistance. @Bhanu_24, to resolve limitation, please take a look at this Help Center Article.
