I have been permanently limited for using a underage ID, the email said that I wont be able to use paypal's services anymore but I can withdraw my money. When I login to my account it says the money is to be frozen for 180 days. I can't call support because of number issues can you guys please help?

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.

PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be permanently locked for further use.

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you to do a withdrawal of funds from that account or allow you to open a new account and transfer the funds across for you. Opening a new account is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once but you should get one of those options.

The email states that I can withdraw my funds at any time, when I login the limitation message states that I have to wait 180 days. This is a mistake within the limitation, has nothing to do with the age.

You would not be able to withdraw the funds until you were 18.

I have a ID proving I'm 18, I created the account with a different name that is the only reason they won't verify or remove the limitation. I just want to withdraw and I'm supposed to, email they sent when I was limited is attached.

Would have helped if you said you were over 18 now, presumed as you hadn't said otherwise that you were still a minor.

In that case yes you should be able to withdraw the funds as long as the name on your paypal account is your legal name and matches your  bank account or card name and you are in the same country where the paypal account is registered.

Exactly, that is what makes me confused, why is it listed as a Permanent limitation and funds are frozen for 180 days when they didn’t specify that in the email. How do I fix this? (I cant call the support number and I tried contacting via twitter)

Its permanently limited because you opened it under 18, wouldn't matter what age you were now you would still not be able to use it as it was an illegally opened minor account.

That is why you have to open a new account now that you are 18.

However to withdraw the funds the paypal account that is limited would need to be in the same name as the bank account you are withdrawing the funds to.

Yes, I know that. I just can’t withdraw now because it has permanently limited the account and froze my funds for 180 days. How do I make the unfreeze it?
