Verification unsuccessful

Hi, my name Mykola I’m from Ukraine. Recently I signed up in PayPal for receiving help from my relatives from Europe. But I got limited instantly after only they trying to send me money. After account limitations I uploaded all that PayPal required to me. But after 5 days of reviewing my account got permanently banned! Why is this happens? I never used PayPal. Also, I asked 2 my friends to sign up in PayPal and trying to verify their accounts. Result the same. Pls help with this. Contacted to support is useless, their answer to my ask for appeal “it’s final decision”. How to verify now PayPal in Ukraine? Is it possible?

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link. So were you accepting goods/services payments instead of friends/family. Only you still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.
