Hello, I'm Vu and currently 17 years old. I created an account with 3d modeling services and got limited due to being underage. I know it is my fault of creating an underage account. But the limitation also happened to my mother's account which i got no idea which caused it. 1 more question is in the future. after me being 18 can i contact paypal's customer services to help me creating a new account to start my services? I've planned on doing long terms work via paypal So i hope to have my problem solved. Thank youu.

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.

PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.

As you would be unable to verify your account it would be permanently locked for further use. That may also apply to any accounts under the same IP address so that may explain why your mothers was limited as well.

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you open a new account. Opening a new account is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once.
