Unknown SP Two LTD transaction

Has anyone come across SP two LTD?  My daughter was almost in tears this morning after receiving a charge for £4.50.  If she wanted to cancel she had to do it through paypal. I saw that SP Two Ltd had planned to take this out weekly.  My Daughter is adamant that she never signed up to anything like this and doesn't know the company.  She does everything through her phone.  I couldn't find a way to cancel this through her phone app.  She uses biometrics to log in and had forgot her password for the desktop.  After a lot of effort on my part with my desktop I managed to help her.  I think I have managed to cancel the payments for her.

I have a few questions.

Does anyone know of SP Two Ltd and their tactics or come across related scams and have a solution?

Why can a person download the paypal app; create an account through the paypal app and not have full access as within the desktop environment to make changes?

Should palpal offer a service to a company like this?

Here are a few related links.  Looks like they have started again.

Sooooo UPDATE!!! I emailed the company threatening police action - she is under 18 and as a goodwill gesture they are refunding £4.50, the second charge I haven’t heard back from yet. I have also made a SAR - subject access request under which they must provide all personal information, communications etc held about my daughter. They have 10 days to comply, I will update when I hear further from them. Apparently she entered a quiz with a 7 day cancellation???? Thieving scum!

I also entered the 7 day free trial and my fault I did not cancel in time. But I got  a goodwill refund.

How did you daughter manage to get a PayPal account if she is under the age of 18?  PayPal have a restriction on that, did they not complete their risk controls steps?

My children use my PC/Phone and keep asking if they can have a paypal account, how did your child get one, is there a special way of allowing under 18s?"

Yes it's unfortunately a major scam, I discovered it myself because of pop ups offering £750 for PayPal And if you accidentally click into the information they mislead you until you have signed for far too many things

I have figured a way to cancel them: go onto a computer then press the settings icon in the top corner and then press payments then manage automatic payments then click on the one for SP Two and press cancel! Unfortunately you dont get refunded but u can just email them saying u will sue! Thanks for reading and i hoped i solved the problem

For all those asking about this issue // do we think anything can be done about this issue — as I have had5x £4.50 payments taken out of my account Cancelled it now . ! How awful that ticking information can lead on to payments taken out by PayPal . Seeing that it is advertising £750 for PayPal you would think PayPal could do SOMETHING about this matter and at least refund our money . I’ve tried with the firm and PayPal to no avail - just going to investigate it !! /- any more thoughts anyone ?? — Thanks
