Three weeks dealing with fraudulent invoice requests being sent from my account!

I’m nearing three weeks of dealing with fraudulent invoice requests sent from my account (which PayPal

told me was paused) due to a phishing incident. I have repeatedly asked PayPal to close my account entirely. I have contacted more than 12 customer support agents, requesting the account be closed. I was told by the last agent I spoke to on 11/7 that my account would be closed immediately. It is not closed! Today alone, more than 90(!!!???) fake invoices were sent from my “paused” account. As a result, PayPal customers are being spammed with FRAUDULENT INVOICE REQUESTS FOR PAYMENT. PLEASE HELP ME CLOSE MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
