I’m nearing three weeks of dealing with fraudulent invoice requests sent from my account (which PayPal told me was paused) due to a phishing incident. I have repeatedly asked PayPal to close my account entirely. I have contacted more than 12 customer support agents, requesting the account be closed. I was told by the last agent I spoke to on 11/7 that my account would be closed immediately. It is not closed! Today alone, more than 90(!!!???) fake invoices were sent from my “paused” account. As a result, PayPal customers are being spammed with FRAUDULENT INVOICE REQUESTS FOR PAYMENT. PLEASE HELP ME CLOSE MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!!!!
