They changed my PayPal password and made payments from my account.

-I realized a couple of hours later that they had changed my Pay pal password, I saw that they made 3 payments from my account and that they had paid to a store in the US called Woody Products. For an approximate amount of $104. I made my claim to Pay pal and waited for the time they told me, I received an email and they told me that nothing had happened, that I had authorized the payments. I'm angry at such a useless response and that I can't do anything now. I try to complain again but he doesn't let me, he throws the same last claim at me. If anyone has any answers, please let me know.

Estoy enojado por una respuesta tan inútil y que no pueda hacer nada ahora. Trato de reclamar otra vez pero ya no me deja, me bota el mismo reclamo pasado. Si alguien tiene alguna respuesta, por favor dígame.

PayPal is only able to approve an unauthorized dispute when it is clear someone else logged into your PayPal account. If someone accessed your device using a virus or malware, then the logins would look like you made them.

If you can run a virus and malware scan, it would resecure your device.

Then save a report of the scan and provide it to PayPal's Customer Support. They may be able to reopen your unauthorized dispute with that information.
