I am sorry to know that your account is limited! I understand that you would like to have your funds back and handling with limitation can be quite concerning. Account Limitations prevent you from completing certain actions with your account, such as withdrawing, sending, or receiving money. Usually, we ask you to complete some steps to remove your account limitation and the steps to resolve the limitation are available in the Resolution Center. If the account is permanently limited then, you wont be able to take any action. You will be notified to withdraw funds after 180 days. If the account is not held for 180 days, please complete the unresolved steps in the Resolution Center.
