Someone made a USD 0,00 reservation on my CreditCard with Paypal [Removed] nld. The given description is 'Miscelaneous Retail Stor' and Land: CZ. I wonder if this transaction can be somehow verified by Paypal. Who is this and why make this zero amount reservation? Could this be a test before the actual fraud?
I myself have a PayPal account but didn't do anything special with PayPal. Yes i did activate a new Card on the same day, but I never saw this kind of transaction before....
